BIT offers courses at the Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma levels. Graduate outcomes as defined under the AQF for these levels are available at AQF website

Course Delivery and Assessment Methods

Brighton Institute of Technology (BIT) courses are delivered using a variety of different methods. Delivery methods include classroom delivery, lectures, group discussions, presentations, case study analysis. BIT assess students using a combination of formative, summative and authentic assessment methods. Assessment is a combination of written assignments, tests and practical demonstrations. In some courses assessments are based on competency, i.e the ability to perform specific skills and is done through a combination of observation, discussion, written assignments, work placement assessments, direct observation and Role plays.
